Oh, and how about a category feed? I want to hear about cycling and F1, but can't be bothered with the rugby and cricket.

I did the 50km Vigne-a-vigne in Lourensford on Saturday, and it was brutal! As soon as the heat started building up after 10am everyone started showing serious strain. So I have no idea how these Cape Epic folks manage to ride through semi-arid deserts and searing heat for 9 days... I have loads of respect for everyone who finished, maybe one day I'll be fit and mad enough to put myself through it!
